I use the term 'review' loosely, because I read books and write what I think about them for fun and on an entirely personal note. I am in no way interested in dissect a story, analyzing all its plot aspects and characters, because that sounds like work and I already have to do that for college.
I read to entertain myself, so my reviews will essentially be my thoughts and feelings about what I read. If I loved a story, I'll make sure you know that and explain why I liked it so much; if I don't, I'll point out what didn't work for me in the story and why it didn't captured my imagination, but I will never ever do that in a negative way.
My rating system is the same as the one used on Goodreads since I always post my reviews there:
1 star: didn't like it or didn't finish it
2 stars: some parts were okay but most of them weren't
3 stars: i liked it
4 stars: i really liked it
5 stars: amazing yes please bravo you're now on my favorites list
